Very interesting.......

The heartbreak necklace, designed by Tjep for Chi ha paura...?, is made up a a fragile porcelain heart and an attached titanium hammer with which to break the heart. The heart is not as fragile as it might seem. It is easily cracked but will not break completely thanks to a layer of rubber behind the porcelain. This is meant to signify that "one will usually recover from a broken heart, the small cracks will inevitably add up and form who we are". (Found through MoCo Loco)
If you are all about the edge pieces when it comes to squares, then this pan is for you. The Baker's Edge pan has Pac-Man style maze walls so that every piece gets the crispy sides of an edge piece. Personally, I'm a fan of the middle pieces (unless it involves icing, and them I'm all about the egdes). Either way, this pan is undeniably a good idea. (Found through Reluct)

How super cute is this. I'm normally SUCH a sucker for cuteness, but this is cute combined with brilliance. If you send Electric Luna of Ploesie Poesies a picture of your cat she will make a plush cat replica for you. This isn't just a cheesy stuffed toy, it's a stylin' kitty work of art. All the cats get a special numbered label. Check out the archive of all the 151 look-a-likes that have been created so far. Some of them are really amazing. (Found through The Style Files)

Alright, I'm filing this one under brilliant pet products. It's a super cute window through your fence, meant to give your confined dog (cat/child/whatever) a view of the rest of the world. The Pet Peek is a 9.5" half sphere window designed to give your dog a full view of whatever going on on the other side of the fence, reducing barking and curious digging. I think it would make my day to walk by somebody's house and see their space cadet dog peeking out through this perfectly head shaped window. Love it! (Found most recently through the Sub-Studio Design Blog).

The Puma Glow Rider is the next rev of the Puma Bike, available this spring. The bike is part of Puma's Urban Mobility collection, focusing on products for young city dwellers. Similar to previous versions of the bike, the Glow Rider has several urban-centric features such as a built in auto-destruct lock and a semi-fold frame for transporting on buses or subways. The Glow Rider's main new feature is it's glow-in-the-dark frame to increase the bikes visibility at night. The frame will be available in two colors (Buttermilk which glows green, and Orange which glows more orange). The new bike will also come with a matching currier bag, riding jacket and t-shirt. This is a very well thought out city bike. All the features you need, and nothing you don't.

Ha! If someone served me a drink with denture shaped ice cubes in it... it would totally make my day! I can understand how people would find these ice cubes a little disturbing, but personally I think they are brilliantly hilarious. The Frozen Smiles ice tray is one of Jason Amendolara's witty designs for Fred. (Found through Pan-Dan).

Lots of people use honey to sweeten their coffee or tea. It's a nice healthy option to sugar, but it's a sticky, messy, pain in the butt. Honibe has created these convenient solid honey drops made out of 100% pure honey. This is such a good idea. (Found through Apartment Therapy).

I'm head over heals (spelling error intended) for the folks over at Help. Their product offering is pretty simple. It consists of two products: Acetaminophen tablets entitled 'Help I Have a Headache' (Ha!) and band aids entitled 'Help I've Cut Myself' (Haha!). Their product line alone totally had me sold on the company... but there's more. They also try to be socially responsible. All of their packaging is made out of 100% recycled molded paper pulp and manufactured in the US by a factory that helps adults with learning disabilities. They also have a sense of humor. You can order customized 'Help I...' t-shirts on their website, where you fill in the blank with whatever tickles your funny bone. If all that doesn't make them awesome enough, they also offer other Help activities such as Help I'm Bored, Help I'm Illiterate, or Help I'm Homesick (my personal favorite!). I'm not sure who is behind the company Help, but I've decided you are totally awesome!

One of the simple joys of childhood is eating soft boiled eggs with soldiers. Only, I never had an egg with SOLDIERS! What kid (or grownup for that matter) wouldn't love this Egg Soldier EggCup by designer Reiko Kaneko. (Found through MoCo Loco).

Mmmm, I love peanut butter. Everyone who loves peanut butter knows how much it sucks to get to the bottom of the jar (and not just because you are out of PB). Even if you are a talented scraper, the bottom of the jar is hard to get to, especially without getting peanut butter all over your hand or knife (or spoon if you are so inclined). Anyway... Sherwood Forlee has solved all of my problems with this Easy PB&J Jar. It includes the simple but brilliant improvement, both ends open to easily access the bottom of the jar.

Weird but awesome pics::

Hello Kitty car
These are the hello Kitty Contacts, a work of perfect evil. The people at Sanrio have finally figured out how to make you see hello kitty in everyone’s face. I seriously pity the guy who has to date a girl like this, instead of looking deep into her eyes and see into his own soul through her, he now sees the Mouthless One staring forever at him, thrusting his soul into the deepest, darkest, cutest abyss.

The world's first Hello Kitty Plane is introduced by Taiwanese Eva Airways, a few months after the world's only Mickey Mouse train kicked off in Hong Kong. What's the fun in that?

I outgrew Hello Kitty when I was seven years old but I guess some girls aren’t too old for this white Japanese cat by Sanrio. Japanese brides who have the money for kitsch can shell out $4,000 for a ruffly, pink wedding dress adorned with Hello Kitty’s face. And if that’s not enough for the hardcore fan, you can apparently get an entire Hello Kitty wedding done at the Daiichi Hanyu hotel chain in Japan. Wedding packages cost somewhere in between $8,717 - $22,275.
Sanrio’s not the only company to offer cartoon-themed weddings for the childlike bride. Last year, Disney launched a line of wedding gowns for women who want to look and feel like their favorite fairy tale princess on their wedding day. The most expensive Disney Princess wedding gown is a thousand bucks cheaper than the Hello Kitty wedding dress, and I guess that’s because the Disney gowns are a lot less poofy and busy-looking.

Face it, the iPHONE is completely a has-been; just jump into the Hello Kitty phone experience with the latest OKWAP C150T Hello Kitty Edition available in Taiwan. With this true Uber-Geek phone, you will not be screwed by any firmware updates; even better, the phone is ALREADY SIM FREE, and will be to play Mp3 files, MP4 and 3GPS video, take pictures with its amazing crappy 2Mpix camera… and the best of all, you will be able to "pimp" your phone with some cute pink Hello Kitty stuff… Finally: the first nemesis to the iPHONE!

Luxury has its own meaning for everyone. If you are an uber-rich fashion-conscious pet owner and looking forth to some exclusive treatment for your beloved dog, you really need to take a look at the crystal-studded Hello Kitty doghouse. The magnificent fancy residence offers enough space to fit a small lapdog like a chihuahua or terrier. Festooned with 7,600 crystal beads, this fancy residence has a pillow in the shape of Hello Kitty’s face. Priced at $31,660.

Priced at $163,000, the 590-g platinum miniature of the feminine feline has seven hair ribbons made of gems including diamond, ruby, pink sapphire, amethyst and blue topaz. This is the most expensive Hello Kitty thing in the world till date.

If you like your gizmos to be dripping with excessive cuteness, you probably already know about all the Hello Kitty accessories as of yet. If Hello Kitty cells, laptops, MP3 players, speakers, ear-phones….are not enough to satisfy your appetite of this pink and white cat, then there’s something utterly unreasonable Hello Kitty doodad we would like to bring to your notice. Behold- A Hello Kitty Exhaust Pipe! We are not sure if it was custom made or manufactured. But since there is almost Hello Kitty everything, it wouldn’t be unsual if this is also a part of massive produciton in line.

Anything that is associated with Barbie is either meant for the little lasses or for hardcore collectors. This new car will definitely become a collector’s item in the future. Many years from now I can imagine people trading it at the annual Barbie convention. The Volkswagen Beetle Barbie is a No battery-operated kiddie toy, the Beetle Barbie is a bona-fide VW New Beetle, finished in a retina-searing hot pink paint job decorated with strategically-placed Barbie logos. Detail fanatics take note: even the lug nuts are pink. Inside, the theme continues, with pink accents and inserts finding their way onto the leather seats, door trim, floormats, and steering wheel. Only 13 will be built, and they'll be sold through specially-selected VW dealers.

So sorry people!!!

OK so I know I haven't posted anything for a while. Things have just been so hectic and I've been really busy with homework AND I've been trying to figure out what I'm doing on Halloween. As you all know, that's in five days!!! It goes by so fast, doesn't it??? Oh last Thursday in Anime Club we learned all about the types of eyes and the Art President asked us to draw the kind of eyes we draw, and then she told us what kind of eyes they were. We also had a party. We ate cookies and ice cream and we watched a cheesy Anime Show. (Speaking of which, throughout the entire show me and my best friend Jeanne couldn't stop LOLing!!!) OK well thanks for visiting my Blog and have a great day!!!
